We started Aptoria after watching friends with 5-50 unit portfolios spend Sunday afternoons in spreadsheets, dunning emails, and group texts about leaky faucets. The legacy tools cost $200+/mo and look like SharePoint. The free tools don't talk to each other.
So we built one workspace — rent, leases, maintenance, messaging, accounting — with an AI agent that handles the routine moves. Landlords confirm; the agent does the work. Every action is auditable. Every tenant is private. Every dollar is tracked.
